“A liquid of life…”
Is a necessity ensuring the supply of clean water, when we talk about water the first thing that we think is in water as a fundamental element for humans and all living beings on Earth. Just thinking about its uses that benefits us, we realize that we aren’t capable to live without it. That's the reason of why preserving and ensuring water it’s an urgent matter.

According to VidaNaturalia (n.d), the water is an essential substance to our body because it can transport nutrients to the cells, dilute all body fluids, regulate body temperature, metabolize food, cleanse the body and expel impurities or residues, etc. If we decrease the needed consume of this substance, we are certain that it can cause us several problems in our body like the dehydration. We have to mitigate the necessity of our body to drink water depending on different circumstances like the age, sex, exercise that we practice and the outside temperature. Although our body asks us different amounts of water to satisfy our own needs, we all require clean water.

Even if we have plenty of food, only healthy conditions of living and access to clean water help to the proper alimentation of people. The reason of this is because we can't ingest food that has not been properly cleaned before because it can cause us a serious illness. The rural area is always the most affected because only people with extreme poverty live there. For example, Aburto and Ordoñez (2015), explained that in Nicaragua two thirds of the population in the Autonomous Regions of the Caribbean consumes dirty river water, there are major problems of malnutrition, low educational levels, poor sanitary conditions and no access to potable water, this unfortunately encourage bad condition of living that precludes the development of the country. Unless the governments provide clean water to the neediest population, people won’t have a better quality of life.

On the other hand, pollution and degradation of oceans, lakes, aquifers, rivers, waterholes and other water resources which are used to deposit waste can also contribute to infectious diseases and not only that, it can affect the entire biosphere. It`s well known that more developed countries have more problems with pollution than less developed, the same thing occurs with larger cities and smaller cities and also rural areas; according to Goel (n.d), this happens because of the population, the reason of that is the lifestyle and industrialization of more developed countries that consumes resources and energy. In conclusion we all have to bring solutions, we have to make a conscious population about the needs of clean water providing laws that benefit environment, all this with help of the government, making projects that raise awareness to people and adopting a greener lifestyle, that way we can ensure clean water.
